Planetarium -
£450.00 + VAT per day or evening
Seats 176 with full AV facilities
A pre-recorded planetarium show can be added to your event at a cost of £200.00 + VAT
Live Planetarium shows can also be provided at an additional cost (cost depends on the type of show required)
Planetarium and Exhibition -
£550.00 + VAT per evening
This option includes use of the planetarium and INTECH Science Centre's main exhibition space (the main space can accommodate up to 1,400 people)
Meeting Room -
£75.00 + VAT per half day
£100.00 + VAT per full day
Seats 26 boardroom style or 30 theatre style with projector screen, wireless internet point and natural daylight.
Small Meeting Room -
£75.00 + VAT per half day
£100.00 + VAT per full day
Seats 12 boardroom style with 15 networked computers and broadband internet connection.
Can also be hired as a private office space on a half or full day rate
Catering
A variety of catering options are available
Cancellation
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if bookings are cancelled within 4 weeks of the event date.
