INTECH Science Centre is a unique hands-on interactive science and technology centre with 100 exhibits in the main exhibition area to amuse and enthuse the whole family.

At INTECH Science centre you will understand how to bend light, create your own tornado and vortex, create electronic music and see your body through a heat sensitive camera. The Science Centre has been created to bring to life the worlds of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

INTECH Science Centre houses the Astrium Planetarium - the UK's largest capacity digital planetarium, showing presenter-led and pre-recorded shows.
- The Chompers café in INTECH Science Centre serves hot and cold meals and snacks, drinks, cakes and kiddies boxes. Open daily between 10.00am - 3.00 pm (weekdays term time) or 3.30pm weekends and holidays [hot food is served until 2pm.] Chompers also caters for birthday parties and corporate events. - INTECH Science Centre has 180 free car parking spaces including designated coach and disabled places.
- The Science Centre has full disabled access and amenities for all.
- The INTECH shop has a wide range of interesting and unusual toys, gifts and souvenirs.
- Picnic facilities: there is an outdoor picnic area adjacent to the cafe. There is also an indoor area of tables and benches located on the lower floor.
- Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
- During school term time there are a large number of school bookings on weekday mornings, public visitors are advised that INTECH Science Centre will be less busy after 1:30pm.
