Youth Group Visits
Kids love INTECH Science Centres!
100 hands-on exhibits, fun science and the amazing Planetarium with its digital shows on a massive screen.
Cubs, Brownies, Scouts and Guides can use a visit INTECH Science Centre as part of a programme to obtain Stargazer, Astronomer or Science Badges.

Holiday Clubs and all youth groups are welcome.
Language Schools with their European students need to be advised that only such groups with students under 14 yrs can be admitted. For further clarification, contact Andy Lane 01962 891915.

Group child (3 -16yrs) rate is £4.50 to Science Centre and an additional £2 per child per show for the Planetarium
Accompanying adults are £6.50 per person for the Science Centre and an additional £2 per person per show for the Planetarium
Special Needs Groups
INTECH Science Centre welcomes all groups and aims to provide a rewarding visit. The Science Centre staff advise that leaders of Special Needs groups should contact staff prior to a visit to discuss their group’s needs.
- Full physical access with a designated car park/coach drop off area near front entrance, ramp tarmac route to entrance, lift between floors.
- Accessible lavatory
- Group rates as above, with free entry for carers (Science Centre and Planetarium)
General information
- The group rate applies only if a visit is a pre-booked group of 10+
- There is a cafeteria seating 100, plus additional outside terrace seating and picnic area. There is an indoor picnic area.
- Coach drivers: free admission and a free drink.
- Free parking. Easy access to M3 and A31.
