The main exhibition spaces offers 100 interactive exhibits, which demonstrate the science and technology of the world around us in an engaging and exciting way. It's 'hands-on', not 'hands-off'! The Astrium Planetarium offers a digital state-of-the-art theatre with a variety of shows to suit all interests. Visit for a specific planetarium show or come for the day.
INTECH Science Centre and Planetarium attracts over 150,000 people per annum and is open 7 days a week. Opening hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm Saturdays, Sundays and State School Holiday. Also open for evening events from an hour before the start time.
Extended opening hours Monday 27 May through to and including Friday 31 May: 8:30am to 6pm. A free shuttle bus will run from 25 May through to and including 2 June. See the Events Calendar for What's On.
